Waiver of Liability *

Lofty Goal Project will make all efforts to help workshop participants avoid injury. However, it is important that you, as the participant, understand and agree that in participating in any workshop, there is a possibility for physical injury or death. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND AGREE. REGISTRATION IS INCOMPLETE WITHOUT AGREEMENT AND MUST BE COMPLETED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. I hereby acknowledge and agree to be bound by all the terms set forth herein in this Liability Waiver and Acknowledgement of Risk. I voluntarily agree to assume all risks and responsibility for any injury or accident, which might occur to me during any of the workshop activities. I also exempt, release, and indemnify Lofty Goal Project, its owners, members, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest teachers, and/or other participants from any and all liability claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever from any damage, loss, injury, or death to me or my property which may arise out of or in connection with participation in this workshop. I further voluntarily agree to waive my rights and that of my heirs and assigns to hold Lofty Goal Project, its owners, member, volunteers, assistants, employees, guest teachers, and/or other participants for such damage, loss, injury, or death. I understand that I should be aware of my physical limitations and agree not to exceed them. I further hereby voluntarily agree that, for no additional consideration, Lofty Goal Project shall have the right to use photographs and video footage of me, from this workshop, for publicity purposes. My acceptance of this agreement is proof of my intention to execute a complete and unconditional waiver of all liability on my own behalf, to the fullest extent of the law.
